There will be a public meeting with an open house format to present the findings of the Draft US 17 Corridor Study in Georgetown County. The project study area covers the Waccamaw Neck area of Georgetown County from the Waccamaw River bridge to the Horry County line.

The project consultant, AECOM, has analyzed the existing conditions and developed 2040 transportation improvement recommendations to help maintain US 17 as a safe and efficient corridor. The draft document can be viewed on the home page of the GSATS website- CLICK HERE. The website also includes videos that provide a simulation of the key recommendations along the corridor.
