Celebrate "Winter Down Under" at the air-conditioned Litchfield Exchange. Join Art Works artists and CLASS authors and instructors for a day-long art/book fair. With tables safely distanced in the atrium of the Exchange, face masks required, handwipes and gloves available, we will hold this "Christmas in July" substitute event! Many of Art Works' 20 exhibiting artists have been very creative during the pandemic, and CLASS Publishing has added 7 books to its completed works. In addition, CLASS Learning Division instructors will demonstrate their planned fall classes and register students. It will be a good time to sign up for Moveable Feasts as well. Individually packaged refreshments will be provided throughout the day, along with musical entertainment by the inimitable John Lammonds (some live, some pre-recorded), while he explains a new "musical mission." Tickets for great raffle items (Schwinn Bicycle, Yard Yahtzee, Book Basket, Art Basket) are $5 each or 5 chances for $20 (proceeds to benefit John's mission). Admission to the Fair is free (your face mask is your ticket!). If you don't have one, you may purchase one for $10 ($5 of which gets you one raffle ticket, as well as the mask).
